2. Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation terms depend on the tour operator and are disclosed before booking. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation. Changes are subject to operator fees and availability. Package travel information, including itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions, is provided before booking.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, comply with local laws, and review all travel documents. You are responsible for any damage caused during the tour.
