Package Terms

What is included and excluded

Every quote lists its coverage line by line, so you can compare tiers without guessing. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy; the list below states which taxes, fees and mandatory charges are included and which are excluded.

Included

  • Return group transfer from the agreed meeting point to the resort, plus the in-resort shuttle on arrival and departure days
  • Accommodation for the stated nights in the booked category, with tourist tax and city tax settled at the property
  • Board basis exactly as named on the quote, whether breakfast, half board or full board, with dinner served at the hotel
  • Lift pass for the ski days printed on your confirmation, activated from the first morning
  • Standard ski or snowboard rental for the same number of days, collected at the resort depot
  • Group ski or snowboard lessons, two hours each morning on booked course days, with an English-speaking instructor
  • Emergency medical and mountain rescue insurance for the length of the trip

Not included

  • Flights, rail tickets and travel to the meeting point, unless your quote names a flight package
  • Personal travel to and from the Kyiv departure points
  • Lunch on half board or full board, and all drinks outside the stated board basis
  • Resort fees charged locally for spa access, sauna, pool or luggage storage
  • Upgrades to premium skis, boots, helmets or a private instructor
  • Visa costs, passport fees and any documents required for the route you choose
  • Personal belongings cover, off-piste guiding and any activity not named in the included column

Every figure is quoted per person, based on double occupancy. Included: accommodation, airport and resort transfers, the stated lift pass days, standard equipment hire and the local tourist tax. Excluded: ski insurance, visa costs, lunches, spa entry and the refundable damage deposit taken at the rental desk.

  • 31 days+before departure: 100% refundable, less named non-refundable supplier components
  • 30 to 15 daysbefore departure: 50% of the package total is retained

The deadline is a calendar date printed on your booking confirmation, not a rolling notice period.
